Position Summary


 


As Brand Manager for Smarties, Nestlé Swiss and After Eight, you will drive all the elements of the marketing mix.  Leveraging deep understanding of shoppers/consumers, customers, and competitors you will develop and execute brand and business strategies.  Success will be measured by creating value and delivering sustainable profitable growth within global travel retail. 
 


A day in the life of a Brand Manager Nestlé International Travel Retail


 



  • Take ownership for developing of the three-year brand plans for Smarties, Nestlé Swiss and After Eight within the travel retail channel

  • Lead relevant innovations & renovations from idea to launch

  • Manage cross functional teams to deliver Nestlé Product Developments and brand related projects efficiently and effectively

  • Monitor & analyze brand performance and manage the brand portfolio 

  • Lead internal and external teams to create and deliver communication campaigns

  • Develop strong in-store brand concepts and work closely with the CCSD/Trade Marketing 

  • Create engaging brand experience through digital and social marketing through the creation and management of digital and social assets for the managed brands

  • Autonomously manage assigned PFME; keeping projects in/under budget    


What will make you successful


 



  • Degree with a preference for Marketing/Business Management

  • At least 5 years in Generating Demand of which 3 years in brand management within FMCG (with confectionery a plus)

  • Strong project management experience; especially in product development (from concept to launch) with cross-functional team management 

  • Experience of all core marketing competencies as well as experience in developing and leveraging digital and social marketing with proven track record in delivering digital marketing projects

  • Knowledge of the Travel Retail/Duty Free environment is a plus

  • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
