The Role

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and well-organized Recruiter to join our remote team. This position will require someone who is adaptable in a changing environment and who is passionate about delivering high quality results in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will manage end-to-end the recruiting process ensuring high-touch candidate experience. You source and interact with potential candidates online, develop talent pipelines, conduct initial candidate interviews and work side by side with other Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand talent needs.

Key Qualifications:

• experience hiring for technology roles


• detailed knowledge of modern sourcing techniques


• good interviewing skills


• outstanding writing and communication skills in Slovak and English


• organisational talent, able to set priorities and work under pressure
