Your Team 

As part of Revenue Operations you'll be working with our Global Partnership team. Both teams consist of highly-motivated people with diverse skill sets and backgrounds that drive and support each other. Outside of work, they're creatives, nature lovers, socializers, and so much more.


Your Mission

You'll lead the topic of Partnership Operations: from developing a strategy down to its technical implementation. Together with the Partnership team, you'll reshape and build state-of-the-art partnership programs for various partner types (affiliate-, referral-, solution-, and tech-partners). You will be driving these efforts from an operational point of view. This includes setting up the partner relationship management platform, its processes, and its integrations into our tech tool landscape. You'll enable the team with data-driven insights.

Your Story



  • You have been in an Operations role at a SaaS company for 3+ years.

  • You have extensive knowledge of partnership programs and understand their key metrics and goals.

  • You have experience in partner relation management solutions (such as with Impartner) – understanding Hubspot and Tray.io insights is definitely a plus.

  • You’re a leader who’s comfortable driving new topics, proposing new ways of doing things, and you're always looking to build on and improve existing processes.

  • You are a great team player who likes working with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and drive change.

  • You are self-motivated, authentic, and always honest.

  • You take a high degree of ownership over your work.

  • You’re proficient in English (C2).
