This specific opening relates to a project where we are operating and extending a portfolio of more than 40 applications for a leading telecommunications provider. You will be in charge to lead an offshore team in Vietnam working on this application portfolio.

Job Description

Open Web Technology has an immediate opening for a Senior .Net Developer in Geneva with a minimum of 3 years of development experience.

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will be working with our Project Managers, Architects, Designers, and .NET Engineers to conceive, build and support website and collaboration platforms for large enterprises.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Take over the technical ownership of the applications under your supervision
  


• Participate in the technical design for extensions of these applications with our Architects


• Supervise and write efficient and reliable code; use best practices with our team


• Organize and participate in code reviews


• Set up unit and integration tests


• Keep up to date with latest technology trends

Requirements

Technical Knowledge & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of technical development experience with C# and related technologies


• Strong experience with .NET 4.5+ / .NET Core 2+


• Strong experience with web architecture / REST services


• Experience with SQL Server / Entity Framework


• Experience with Microsoft Azure


• Experience in Continuous Integration, Agile


• Experience in Sharepoint development


• Proficiency with client technologies like JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, Bootstrap, Angular, React


• Microsoft certification is a plus (ASP.Net MVC, MS Azure, and Web Services)


• Previous work experience with offshore teams is a plus


• At least C-level with English or French (ideally French as mother tongue), German is a plus
