SENIOR DEMAND PLANNER CEEA



The Senior Demand Planner is responsible for forecasting, merchandising financial planning, in-season management, open to buy and markdown management with the goal of meeting or exceeding sales, margin and inventory targets. Driving Sales and Profit while optimizing Inventory. Responsible for forecasting and consolidating Cluster planning info for Global.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In the role you will report directly to the Senior Planning Manager Emerging Markets and your main duties will be the following:

- Responsible for provision of accurate demand forecast for clusters across all categories and channels

- Management of bottom-up merchandise financial plan and reconciliation with targets across cluster

- Responsible for open to buy (OTB) and inventory management across clusters for the complete demand lifecycle; a) Optimize stock turn across all POS; b) Effective Promotion and Markdown management

- Responsible for replenishment, ordering (SR) and allocation process and optimization in close cooperation with the Allocators

- Responsible to act as first line for MD in Cluster organization for planning topics as well as coordinating the local team to support the Head of Cluster Planning

- Manage all demand related process within scope continually striving for improvement and optimization a) Build and nurture a collaborative environment in a cross functional networked team; b) Support the implementation and roll out of any new Planning tool or Process

WHAT WE EXPECT

To fulfill these tasks, we are looking for a person holding a University Degree or equivalent experience and bringing 3-5 years of professional experience ideally in a similar role. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the ability to build and maintain productive and cohesive relationships with peers and cross-functional teams. You bring fluency in English with any additional local language as well as strong analytical skills, ability to analyze and utilize financial measurements. The ability to learn new technical applications and tools quickly as well as strong understanding of merchandising and product are among the assets that will help you excel at SWAROVSKI.
