Description

In this role, you will provide leadership, influence, vision, and direction to the organization to contribute to achieving the ISC business objectives. You will work with the ISC leader and his leadership team to develop overall IT/Digital strategy in alignment with business strategy and support the ISC team in all relevant IT topics from strategy, development, architecture to infrastructure with the entire IT team. You will also need to look at trends in the automotive industry, IT technology and especially in the manufacturing and supply chain field.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The right candidate will elaborate together with ISC Business Partners the ISC processes to optimize and develop efficient integrated supply chain activities.


• Supports Business leaders to define requirements and assist with Process Improvement in supply chain, operations, procurement, quality, proto business, planning & ops, AME, site support).


• You will work with cross function team to assure the full integration of the ISC processes in all business areas.


• Demonstrate solid understanding of critical business requirements, recommending process improvement and IT solutions that provide competitive advantage.


• Assure IT solutions deployed in the business remain compliant and are continuously improved to drive better business results.


• Complex Problem Solving — Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.


• Judgment and Decision Making — Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.


• Serve as a key driver for the ISC IT & digital roadmap and its execution.


• Evaluation of emerging technologies.


• Maintain and develop further ISC key applications (SAP ERP, OneOps with MHS and LMS, SSC, etc.)


• Drive Digital Transformation: Industry 4.0, Digital Twin, Big Data, Mobile, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, IoT for ISC to achieve yearly productivity targets.


• Control of IT portfolio and project management including monitoring (planning, resource management and budget). 


• Steer Enterprise Architecture: Architecture Maturity Analysis, Architecture Development, Architecture Methods and Tools etc. and ensure with GEM that tools are defined and deployed globally rather than locally.


• Ensure compliance to Cyber Security: Cyber capability Definition and Assessment, Identity and Access Management (IAM), IT Security Strategies and Processes, Governance, Risk and Compliance etc.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree in IT, or similar field such as Technology / MBA 

12-15 years of prior IT/ISC experience

SKILLS & QUALIFICATION

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field / or equivalent experience

• Experience in complex SAP ERP implementation – more than 8 years.
