What you will do

In this challenging role you play an important role in helping to foster a culture of technology excellence, automation and digitalization. Furthermore you participate in planning, defining and designing a solution - explore architectural alternatives and support agile teams in identifying technologies and making architectural decisions.

 

Responsibilities will include

• Lead and assist in the execution of the vision, strategic direction, and initiative roadmap for strategic and business technology projects


• Project Management in cross-functional projects


• Provide architectural leadership in shaping strategic, business technology projects, with an emphasis on application architecture


• Produce technology roadmaps in support of SI’s application portfolio vision and strategy


• Monitor application implementation activity


• Participate in governance team discussions and provides a strong voice on critical decisions

 

What you bring along

• Bachelor or Master of Business Administration


• 5-10 years of Information Technology experience in a commercial enterprise


• Hands on experience in software solution delivery, project management and requirement analysis


• Deep understanding of the competitive landscape and corporate and business unit strategies to provide context for architectural decision making


• General knowledge of Cybersecurity relevant to Digital and Data Architectures 


• Expert knowledge of data modeling and data structure principles, techniques and best practices


• Knowledge in modern collaboration tools like Office 365


• Fluent in German and English
