Position Summary

The Nestlé System Technology Center in Orbe is Nestlé’s leading competence center for the design, development and deployment of Nestlé systems, offering expertise in machines, packaging, and products for in-home and out-of-home. 
 

As the Product, Packaging and F&S Line Associate Quality Specialist, you will support Development Product, Packaging and F&S line within the R&D pipeline which meets the Quality success criteria expected by our customer and consumers and is in line with the Nestlé Management System.  And be the guardian of the Quality By Design along the Development phases. As well as, proactively control performance and ensure continuous improvement throughout the Development phases.
 

A day in the life of a Product, Packaging and F&S Line Associate Quality Specialist

• Lead Quality check-list (incl. QA business gates recommendations), QMS (Quality Monitoring Scheme) and Validation plan management


• Support Project Manager on Risk & Opportunity assessment, preliminary Food Safety Assessment, Functional Analysis, Design and Process FMEA, HACCP


• Ensure Right First Time by Design of new System, Product, Packaging and F&S line


• Modelise QMS and HACCP when the maturity and mastership is achieved


• Provide technical expertise to Factory and Consumer Services with regards to consumer's complaints


• Promote Quality by Design awareness to all stakeholders involved during the development process
   

What will make you successful

• Degree level in the related scientific field


• Solid background on Quality, Good Manfacturing Practices, Manufacturing, R&D, Beverages


• Minimum 5 years of R&D or/and Operating/Manufacturing experience


• Significant exposure in different project and support activities of the organization (variety of assignments and missions)
