Job Description

Your role:


You will sell Digital and Data solutions to our new and existing customers, as a sales specialist, in collaboration with our account management teams, being proactive to uncover and acquire opportunities for digital transformation initiatives:



  • You appear as a problem solver and actively participate in discussions with the decision-makers on the customer side and identify new opportunities

  • In addition to acquiring new customers, you will look after upsell opportunities with existing enterprise accounts

  • We consider that sales succeed with strong collaboration: you will team up with our highly qualified consultants and pre-sales for building winning customer proposals.

  • The most important thing: you want to actively trigger and accompany the digital transformation of large enterprise customers and you are looking for an employer who actively drives the topic


 


 


 


 


 


about you


Your qualifications:



  • You have experience in selling solutions in domains such as customer experience management, data visualization, AI, big data analytics, data marketing, automation, insight-to-value, digital workflows and DevOps.  Ideally you’re familiar with the partner ecosystem including platforms enabled by Microsoft, Splunk or SerrviceNow.

  • You have got experience in addressing the System Integration and Development landscape of large enterprise customers in Switzerland, with several years of experience as a “hunter”.  You're passionate about acquiring new customers and you convince with outstanding communication skills at C-level but also at operational level, and feel comfortable interfacing with technically proficient counterparts.

  • You‘re a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.You’re also flexible and adaptable, with the ability to cope with sometimes ambiguous and changing environments.

  • You have got a university degree in either an IT related field and/or business

  • You fluently speak and write both French and English.  Mastering German is not a prerequisite but potentially an advantage.

  • Willingness to travel is no problem for you
