The Team Lead Client Relation Services is part of the CIO – Front Office Service Delivery Organization and reports to the Sector Head for Client & Partner Applications. She or he holds the end-to-end operations ownership of all IT services and applications within Client Relation Services (CRMs, Global-CRM and Wealth Management for Trust and Foundations). This role further entails liasing with delivery sponsors and project leads to assist with staffing of projects and ensure operational readiness of project deliveries. She or he leads a team of IT Service Owners, Application Responsible, Application Specialists and Developers.

IHRE AUFGABEN

• Ensure stable operations of all IT Services


• Continuously improve 3rd Level Support and application maintenance (incl. lifecycle, risk, stakeholder management)


• Resource management (capacity planning, recruiting, training and objective setting of employees in own team)


• Work and consult strategic program and ensure operability (non-functional requirements) of program/project deliverables


• Delivery of small projects (small IT order)

IHRE FÄHIGKEITEN

• Bachelor in computer science or equivalent


• At least 3 years of experience in managing a team of permanent and temporary IT experts


• Skilled in Project Management, Architecture or Software Engineering


• Structured & Team oriented


• Financial Management (Budgetmanagement, Cost tracking)


• Strong communication skills


• Knowhow in Agile Methods (incl. DevOps)


• Strong knowledge of IT operations


• Fluent in German and English
