Position Summary


 


As eBusiness Manager, you will drive NIN (Nestlé Infant Nutrition) data strategy to identify, understand and activate parents through their eco-system. You will deliver this strategy driving search, media strategy and plan, connecting with Nestlé Baby&me platform and building a wider partnerships ecosystem. You will also drive and coordinate plans with key media partners as Google and Facebook and category partners as BabyCenter.


A day in the life of an eBusiness Manager


 



  • Manage Nestlé Nutrition global Search strategy and implementation with product brands (SBU level), Zones and market also support SEO on Nestlé Baby&me global platform (50 countries)

  • Support Global Search performance and make sure Infant Nutrition maintain its competitive advantage and support new Search territories as voice and visual and help brands and markets to activate

  • Support Nestlé Nutrition brands, zones and markets in defining their audience segments, implementation approach, effectiveness evaluation and best practice sharing

  • Drive, align and coordinate internal and external data partners with Nestlé Baby&me team, SBU brands teams, Zones eBusiness leads, agencies partners to deliver on data plan

  • Drive Innovation/Renovation coordination process connecting with Nestlé Baby&me and Zones 

  • Coordinate Joint Business Plan with key Partners (Facebook, Google, Babycenter…) 

  • Drive lobal KPI's definition, dashboard set up and set competition benchmark

  • Lead and coordinate agency partners


What will make you successful


 



  • 7 to 10 years’ experience in Digital & Media Marketing at a global level

  • Previous experience in Digital Media strategy and Media Buying is a must

  • High experience partnering and leading cross-functional teams and agency partners

  • Digital agency experience 

  • Fluent in English
