What you achieve

By joining our fast-growing corporate startup GETKICKBOX.COM, you drive innovation and cultural transformation for medium to corporate sized businesses. You help prospective customers realize the benefit of employee-driven innovation and run the sales process end to end. To all inbound leads expressing their interest in GETKICKBOX, you provide a professional customer experience. You support the sales team by gathering information for cold outbound campaigns by email, LinkedIn, and phone. As the first contact for potential customers, you qualify them and push new business opportunities into the pipeline. Then, you hand over your qualified leads to an account executive, pass on what you learned, and ensure that other teams (e.g., product teams) get feedback about our products. To maintain a rolling pipeline in our CRM system, you follow a disciplined approach. You become a product expert and learn our best selling practices.

Why you succeed



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (ETH/Uni/FH)

  • At least 1 year of full-time work experience in sales, marketing, or customer success

  • Experience or strong interest in corporate innovation

  • Motivated to pursue a career in sales, willing to learn from professionals

  • Empathic listener and persuasive communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills

  • Competitive, resilient, and highly motivated, startup mindset

  • Very good English and German, other languages a plus
