The CRM assistant is responsible for ensuring a high-end banking service to the EAM clients. Responsibilities
Partnering with the team of CRMs to manage client relationships on a day-to-day basis
Handling the daily management of cash and corporate actions
Trading in all main asset classes: FX, equities, fixed income, funds, commodities, structured products, HF, PE
Supporting the team of CRMs with compliance or client-related projects as and when required
Creating KYC files with the support of the CRM and managing the accounts opening and closing process
Other administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests
Profiles
Bachelor or apprenticeship
Min. 2 years experience in a similar position
Fluent in English and German (other languages an asset), good communication skills
Strong customer service ethics
Aptitude to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
Solid knowledge of Microsoft tools, and Avaloq (optional)
Sense of responsibilities, dynamism, proactrivity and flexibility
Interest in Financial Markets, knowledge and understanding of basic asset classes (equities, fixed income, FX…)
