Manage and execute the scheduled operational processes and procedures
Monitor the system consoles and the technical infrastructure of the data center
Analyze and document issues arising from operational tasks or monitoring and initiate the necessary action
Manage and solve issues trough routine troubleshooting
Proactively looking for elements and alerts that can hamper the quality of the IT services
Maintain the operational processes and procedures and their documentation
Profiles
Professional qualification as data center system controller with at least 2 years of experience
Readyness to work in shifts (5 x 24h) and on-call service on weekends
Ability to work independently
Reliable acting with a sense of order, weighting problems and set priorities
Fluent in German and English
Good interpersonal skills and a real teamplayer
Residence in Switzerland
