After the successful introduction of a new global HR system from Workday on LGT Group level, LGT Capital Partners is looking for a Workday Specialist taking technical responsibility for the further development of a new LGT Capital Partners Ltd. Workday tenant. Upon completion of full implementation, this role will be responsible for maintenance and operational improvement tasks that will provide new challenges in an international environment.
This new created position includes:
Technical Maintenance, optimization and further development of processes, reports and applications as well as support in day-to-day operations;
Analyze and capture business, technical and IT requirements for the further tenant build from the HR side;
Support Workday problem analysis, root cause analysis and troubleshooting, including the involvement of internal and external specialists;
Ensuring the Workday platform in terms of security, governance, upgrades and structural data;
Advice and support to HR and the business areas in process issues;
Implementation of new external and internal requirements;
Administration and configuration of existing business and HR processes in Workday;
Ensuring data management and creation of relevant HR reports;
Provide user training, develop and keep user tutorials updated and train users on use of application;
Ensuring of the interfaces to the surrounding systems in cooperation with IT.
University degree or equivalent in Human Resources and/or Information Technology;
Several years of experience in HR IT systems with a minimum of 3 years of experience in all Workday modules;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is considered beneficial;
Full MS-Office literacy;
Experience in the financial industry and/or in HR is an advantage;
Team-player with strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity and discretion;
Focus on high-quality delivery and customer orientation.
