Your ‘day to day’ As a Resource Analyst you'll support the effective identification, consolidation and management of all resources across Life Sciences. Thus, you'll enable effective decision making. More specifically, you'll • Enable effective portfolio and resource management through data collection, consolidation, reporting and analysis to enable management decision making: 1. Support the definition of resource requirements by program and project managers 2. Execute planning processes and maintain systems/data to ensure up-to-date views of resource requirements 3. Carry-out forward resource capacity planning and scenario modelling to identify resource capacity &/or capability constraints &/or opportunities, and present options to management 4. Prepare, comment and distribute reports to Management as required to support decision making • Support ongoing forecasting and budgeting activities, including rolling forecasts and annual budgets and headcount planning • Find opportunities to improve business processes and develop plans to implement changes • Maintain effective relationships with partners across Life Sciences and PMI, especially program & project managers and portfolio managers Who we’re looking for • Degree in Finance or Business Management or equivalent relevant experience • Strong analytical, modelling and critical thinking skills • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Outstanding attention to detail, and talent for accuracy and precision • Time management, ability to manage multiple projects of different complexity and shifting time limits • High IT and systems proficiency (including MS Office Suite) • Fluency in English, both written and spoken What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
