What's the role?


The role of the Talent Sourcer is to contribute to Talent Acquisition efforts in generating and nurturing talent pipelines and powering total recruitment marketing to attract and engage top talent to Hilti for critical hiring needs. The Talent Sourcer supports the Talent Acquisition team’s vision to position Hilti as an employer of choice through talent sourcing and project work.

What does the role involve?


In this role, you will build and nurture talent pipelines for our current and future hiring needs by sourcing candidates through a variety of search methods. This includes but is not limited to social media (e.g. LinkedIn and Xing), internal databases, job boards, networking, internet searches, etc. You will interact with potential candidates and conduct initial interviews to present Hilti as a Great Place to Work, gauge candidate interest, and ensure candidates meet basic qualifications. By evaluating the job- as well as the candidate market, you will develop sourcing strategies and share your insights with Talent Acquisition Managers and Hiring Managers directly to adapt the recruitment strategy if needed. You will also be responsible for streamlining sourcing processes, taking measures to deliver a great candidate experience, and constantly look for new advanced sourcing opportunities. Based on previous experiences as well as capacity, it is also possible that you take over Full Cycle Recruitment for selected positions or be responsible for Talent Acquisition projects.

What you need is:



  • You hold at minimum a bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is an advantage

  • You have a minimum of 3 years proven experience either in an in-house recruitment role or with a recruitment agency

  • You have a broad understanding of search methods incl. social networks (e.g. LinkedIn and Xing) as well as Boolean searches

  • You have great communication skills in German and English

  • You bring a willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles

  • You ideally have working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases

  • You have a positive mindset and you are fun to work with!
