VP Bank is one of the largest banks in the Liechtenstein financial centre. The newly created business unit "Client Solutions" of VP group combines the dedicated offering of customized fund services with the systematic access to private markets.

Via a third-party network of excellent partners and a modular, open architecture value chain, Client Solutions is able to react flexible on different client's needs.

Together with our partners we provide access to private markets in form of direct deals or collective access. Within “Client Solutions”, Private Investment Partners is dedicated to direct private investments and structured solutions for sophisticated clients. We are sector and instrument agnostic and strive to find the most suitable solution for a single client or a group of clients/investors.

Your Challenge

• Lead, structure and close international private market transactions in various core sectors on the buy- and sell-side


• Origination and vetting of transactions to be placed in the private market opportunity shelf of “Client Solutions”


• Create and execute bespoke solutions for actual client needs using equity, mezzanine or debt instruments or a combination


• Assist in structuring and applying AMCs, tokens or other structures as part of a solution and use international legal structures to complete transactions/solutions


• Provide procedural excellence to our clients


• Your targets are turnover and profitability

Your Profile

• University degree in business, banking, finance


• About 6-9 years continuous experience in a corporate finance function within an international investment bank


• Sector know-how in the sustainable investing arena would be a benefit


• Existing access to private market participants, private equity funds and sovereign wealth funds


• Highly motivated, open minded, client focused and solution driven personality


• Ability to contribute to (lead) small deal teams, absolute team player


• Sound business judgment, with strong analytic skills


• Languages: German and English (French would be a benefit)
