Ihre Aufgaben

The core team managing our GreenMT sustainability program consists of four persons, with excellent ties to senior management as well as our units throughout the global METTLER TOLEDO organization. To strengthen our team at our operational headquarter in Greifensee a Sustainability Manager 100% (f/m/d).

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

• You will manage the processes of gathering, validating and analyzing corporate sustainability data reported by all business units worldwide
  


• You will analyze and aggregate sustainability performance data and KPIs for METTLER TOLEDO's annual sustainability reporting processes
  


• Additionally you will support the annual submission of company data and documents to various sustainability indices and aggregators
  


• You will work with business units, group functions (HR, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, etc.) and external service providers in a pragmatic fashion to
   -improve the sustainability reporting process
   -help achieve progress on key sustainability KPIs

Ihr Profil

• You have a bachelor or master degree in business, economics, sciences or other relevant field with at least two years of relevant work experience 


• We expect strong analytical skills; pleasure and proficiency in working with numbers, calculations, and large data sets


• You are a professional in using Microsoft Excel and other common business software applications like MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint


• Preferably, you are experienced with corporate sustainability reporting frameworks and platforms (e.g. GRI, CDP, EcoVadis, Sedex, Sustainalytics, etc.)


• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a must, further language skills are of advantage


• You feel comfortable working independently, while understanding how and when to seek help
