Your 'day to day' As a Statistician, you will support the Advanced Quality Planning team by conducting statistical analyses in the context of product and process development of new and innovative products. You will also be tasked with the design of experiment definition and the generation of related documentation. Furthermore, you will apply standard recommendations recognized by regulatory and quality requirement such as ISO and ICH in order to generate testing plans and reports. More specifically, you will : • Write study protocols and reports for the validation of product requirements, analytical methodologies and instruments as well as the manufacturing process (manufacturing capability index, batch to batch variability) • Establish product specifications based on statistical evaluation of data from batch to batch variability • Establish stability studies protocols, assess stability studies results according to recognized international directives such as ICH and come up with recommendations • Define design of experiments in order to characterize product and correlation between key parameters in order to identify root causes in case of product performance issues • Train scientists and engineers on statistics and make presentations of statistical evaluations and results to Senior Management Who we're looking for • Master's degree in Statistics, Sciences or Engineering with a strong background in statistics • Confirmed experience in statistics connected to manufacturing, laboratories and/or pharma • Experience in analyzing and processing large data sets • Good knowledge and understanding of regulatory and quality requirements • Good knowledge of stability studies and associated directives such as ICH as well as of GxPs (e.g. GLP and GMP) • Proven expertise in at least one statistical macro programming language (e.g. SAS) combined with Microsoft Word / Excel • Ability to translate data into insights as well as to communicate in a clear and concise manner to a non-scientific audience • Interest and capability in training others • Ability to complete outputs on time and prioritize in a fast paced environment • Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational and leadership skills, working both independently and in a team environment • Proficient in English, both written and spoken What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
