Total Gas & Power is a wholly owned subsidiary of French integrated Oil and Gas Supermajor Total SE.  Based in Geneva,  The LNG Shipping Commercial is in charge of securing and optimizing the  fleet of specialised vessels to transport the Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) to support the trading activities of cargoes of LNG.

The LNG Shipping Commercial is looking for an Intern looking to gain real experience within a LNG carriers chartering organisation in addition to involvement in projects potentially suitable for a dissertation or research project or Thesis.
 
The activities during the internship will involve contribution to the following:

• Familiarisation with LNG transportation (commercial, operational and technical aspects)


• Issuance of Statistics and performance indexes of the fleet  (volumes transported, trading pattern, utilisation rate)


• Recording all charter parties in a database


• Reporting operational costs for a part of the Fleet
