• Join an exciting, forward-thinking and dynamic team with key responsibilities in the areas of the Swiss Banking IT Platform strategy and change governance!


• Collaborate closely with multiple and diverse business and technology teams to drive the development of the Swiss Banking IT Platform strategy


• Work jointly with investment, design and execution teams to steer technology investments into strategic targets states to achieve platform strategy goals


• Support the agile transformation of the Swiss Universal Bank e.g. in the move to Value Based Steering, aligning with design governance processes 


• Partner with data governance colleagues on strategic data governance to support the platform data strategy goals together with business data owners


• The chance to influence senior business and IT partners with clear, concise and fact based proposals!

 

You Offer

 

 

• Solid technical background (e.g. master in computer science and/or proven track record in developing and designing enterprise applications)


• Do you have at least 5 years relevant experience in IT Strategy and / or IT Architecture in the financial services industry with a solid banking knowledge background?


• Proficient English language skills (German is a plus) enable you to build lasting relationships


• Strong analytical and problem solving skills in combination with excellent communications skills give you the ability to influence decisions


• Comfortable working in a dynamic change environment with a strong desire for continuous improvement and high performance
