Internship - Global CRM (12 months)

For our Global CRM Team located in Volketswil ZH, we are looking for a Global CRM Intern.

 

Your Responsibilities

 

You provide support in the daily business through the following tasks:

• Support the delivery of Clienteling Tool features and processes


• Clienteling Tool technical/operational process documentation


• Clienteling Tool expansion process documentation/tracking


• Clienteling Tool Project Management Support, issue management and communications management

 

Your Qualifications

 

• Graduate of Business School or University with major in Marketing / Business Administration / Information Technology


• First internship experience in marketing, preferably in the retail industry


• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Project Management


• Mobile application development familiarity a plus


• Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills


• Energetic and conscientious with fastidious attention detail


• “Can-do” positive attitude, willingness to think outside the box in order to find new solutions


• Fluent English: any other language skills are an advantage

Duration:
