HR Coordinator, 100% (m/f/d)

Position Summary


This role requires a high degree of confidentiality as well as experience with Human Resources (HR) policies and procedures and Recruitment processes. The HR Coordinator assists the Commercial Director and regional leadership in coordinating and/or executing various HR tasks and projects for CRB’s growing European operations, which are today located in Switzerland (Basel) and Germany (Stuttgart).  Additionally, this individual will support internal recruiters with the Recruiting module as well as helping in other areas needed to optimize the company’s recruiting efforts.  This position will report to CRB’s Corporate HR Manager, with daily direction from CRB European leadership.


 


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field, preferred

  • 1-3 years’ experience in Human Resources/Recruiting support function

  • Intermediate to Advanced skill using Microsoft Office Suit, experience with Recruitment Management Software (Applicant Tracking System) preferred

  • Ability to communicate effectively, organize and coordinate all elements within the HR/Recruiting department

  • Demonstrate strong writing, proofreading and editing skills

  • Familiarity with reviewing employment contracts (Switzerland and Germany) preferred

  • Onboarding experience to successfully start and coach new hires

  • Must be a self-starter and able to prioritize and multitask and work with minimal direction/supervision

  • Ability to interact well with a wide variety of internal and external contacts.

  • Language: Fluent in German (C2+) and English (B2+), ability to communicate in French (B2+) is a plus

  • Willingness to travel between both sites on a weekly or biweekly basis (as required)


 


Responsibilities 


Regional HR Assistance



  • Process and file required paperwork for new hires and other related employment matters

  • Monitor and coordinate new hire procedures and processes

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation

  • Answer frequently asked questions related to standard policies, benefits, hiring process, etc.; refer more complex questions to the appropriate Managing Director

  • Maintain integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records

  • Schedule and assist with new hire orientation

  • Assist with termination processes (i.e., documentation and exit interviews)

  • Coordinate Employee Milestone events

  • Local point of contact for coordinating communication and activities with external staffing companies of hired contractors per management direction


Recruiting Assistance 



  • Reconcile and process invoices for insurance, credit cards, agency recruiters, and social media accounts  

  • Create and audit HR/Recruiting reports

  • Assist Recruiters with posting requisitions, phone screens, scheduling interviews, and offer letters
