With the fast development of its IT products, ELCA is looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to fully develop the finance activities for one of our IT product:
P&L analysis on a monthly basis
Budget and rolling forecasts
Monthly KPI scorecard for the Group Executive board
Preparing the financials for the bimonthly Business Review sessions with the Group Executive board
Structuring of the revenues pipeline and close follow-up on offers & leads
Support the management into defining new software licencing prices & strategies
Support the CAPEX and investments decisions
Ensure proper closing of the books in collaboration with the accounting team
Being identified as the point of contact for all finance matters
Competitive analysis & benchmarking
Enhance cross-product best practices

About your profile
We are looking for a passionate person with 2-3 years of experience with :
Past initial experience as Junior Financial Analyst within an international environment
Strong analytical and collaboration skills, self-learner, able to work independently and curious to develop new skills
Excited to pilot the development of finance & controlling activities for an IT product
Excelling with MS excel and having experiences with cubes
Understanding of the accounting environment
Interested in the business of Information Technology and Services
Speaking English and French (German would be a plus)
Swiss or valid working permit
