In order to support our Customer service & planning team for our Automotive Products Group (APG) based in Murten, we are looking for a


Customer Service & Planning Agent (w/m)


Responsibilities



  • Responsible for the customer relationship with respect to orders, delivery dates, lead times, packaging, invoices & self-billing

  • Organization of deliveries and shipments schedule with customers

  • Purchasing of components and material from external suppliers

  • Reception and acknowledgement of customer orders, update & entry in the ERP system

  • Planning of the production of components (injection, stamping, galvanic) using the ERP system

  • Responsible for the stock level of APG Murten finished goods, including consignment stock

  • Communicate with quality services (internal, supplier & customer) and represent logistics and customer’s demands in case of quality issue

  • Ensure smooth operation of invoices & credit notes

  • Update the system parameters of covered items (Lead Time, Planning time fence, Safety stock, …)

  • Contact with engineering teams regarding new products launching

  • Involved in the physical inventory process


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Logistics/Supply Chain

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the similar field

  • Good knowledge of planning and stock management technics

  • Good knowledge of ERP system and Excel

  • Excellent ability to communicate with internal and external partners

  • Fluency in English language is obligatory

  • Fluency in either German or French language is mandatory

  • Ability to work in team, autonomous with good reporting skills

  • Sense of anticipation, rigorous and proactive
