Your responsibilities 

• Manage Business Development Projects in the field of Advanced Technologies


• Identify, approach and establish leads for introduction and commercialization of new technologies developed by AT (technology push).


• Support the industrialization and commercialization of new technologies in close collaboration with the Datwyler organization.


• Identify and develop new business opportunities


• Build-up, develop and maintain professional network in the area of technology innovation in industry, universities & institutes, start-up scene and organizations.


• Project documentation and reporting

Our requirements

• Broad engineering and technical background ( Master degree or higher)


• Good knowledge of rubber and plastic technology


• Technology trends and developments analysis skills 


• Ability to deep dive in specific technical topics and quickly build up own competence


• Market understanding, commercialization and business case development knowledge


• Experienced communicator and presenter


• Openminded, able to build and maintain professional network 


• Creative and innovative mindset, team player


• Fluent written and oral English skills (Level C2), good knowledge of German will be helpful
