Ingenieur Qualitätskontrolle (w/m/d) / Quality Control Engineer

Wir entwickeln hochpräzise Analysegeräte für einen breiten Anwendungsbereich von der Umweltanalyse bis zur Pharmaforschung.

Zur Stärkung unserer Industrialisierungstätigkeiten suchen wir einen engagierten Ingenieur Qualitätskontrolle (w/m/d) in unserem QC-Team am Standort Thun. Wir suchen eine starke Teamplayer Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Fähigkeiten zur Problemlösung und mit Erfahrung in der Industrie, die selbständig, organisiert, detailorientiert und flexibel ist und verantwortungsvoll handelt.

Aufgaben

• Inbetriebnahme und Qualitätskontrolle (QC) von Massenspektrometern


• Analyse, Behebung von Fehlern und Anpassung der QC Dokumentation und QC Prozesse


• Verbesserung von Prüfmethoden und Spezifikationen durch Datenanalyse und Testentwicklung


• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung des QC Prozesses


• Selbständige Konzeption und Implementierung von Automatisierungsprojekten im QC Bereich (Hardware wie auch Software)


• Unterstützung bei der Reduktion der Variabilität im Produktionsprozess


• Unterstützung der Service & Support Abteilung und von Kunden

Erfahrung und Fähigkeiten

• Technische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung (HF, FH) im Bereich Informatik, Elektronik, Automation, Mikrotechnik o.ä.


• English B2 level vorausgesetzt, Deutsch ist ein Plus


• Erfahrung in Automatisierung / Verbesserung von komplexen Qualitätskontrollprozessen


• Erfahrung bei der Entwicklung von Prüfständen (Hard- und Software) ein Plus

To strengthen our industrialization activities, we are looking for a committed quality control engineer to join our quality control team in Thun, Switzerland. The successful applicant will be a strong team player with industrial experience who is independent, organized, detail-oriented, flexible and acts responsibly.

Duties

• Commissioning and quality control (QC) of mass spectrometers


• Analysis and debugging of failures, updating of QC documentations and QC processes


• Improvement of test methods and specifications using data analysis and test engineering


• Continuous improvement of the QC process


• Independent conception and implementation of automation projects related to QC (Hardware and Software)


• Support of the improvement of variability in the production process


• Support of the service department and customers

Experience and Expertise

• Basic technical education with further education (higher technical school / university of applied sciences) in computer science, electrical engineering, automation, microengineering or similar


• Experience in the automation / improvement of complex QC processes


• Experience in engineering test benches (hard- and software) is a plus


• Basic proficiency in English (B2 level required), German proficiency is a plus
