Our Training & Training Systems department has an immediate opening for a GBTS System Engineer

What you do:
Define and derive system requirements based on customer contracts, market needs or product lifecycle strategy
As part of a project team, coordinate the technical activities required to design the architecture of the product and the interaction of its hardware and software components
Liaise with the project manager to provide the necessary technical inputs to the project, specifically the status reporting, schedule, work completed vs work planned, actual vs forecasted cost deviations
Providing inputs to the configuration manager (CM) by creating the engineering bill of material and the manufacturing bill of material in line with the CM requirements
Compile technical documents for internal and external stakeholders: technical specifications, system requirements and system design specifications
Maintaining responsibility for project technical activities at customer site, specifically system integration, installation and enter into service (international travelling required)
What you bring:
Master degree in Software or Electrical Engineering
At least five years of experience in systems engineering related to complex hardware in the loop product as lead system engineer
Solid experience on engineering requirements management tools, e.g. DOORS
Knowledge of configuration management methodologies, Siemens Teamcenter and avionics systems is an advantage
Self-starter mentality with excellent communication skills (English at least on B2 level) as well as the ability to work independently in an international environment
