We are looking for a Working Student to support our Financial Services Consulting team based in Zurich. You would be a part of the Business Management Team that works directly for the Consulting Service Line Leader. The Team is responsible for the day-to-day activities such as executive support, communication, financial management and planning, reporting, people agenda, resource management, senior management deliverables and presentations, as well as support on strategic projects and initiatives

Responsibilities:

  • You support our leaders and consultants on various external and internal tasks
  
  
  • You are an EY ambassador at your respective Uni / FH and watch out for recruiting and advertising opportunities
  
  
  • You support the Management Information System reporting processes and communication
  
  
  • You help to increase OPEX (e.g. process optimization, cost management, drive efficiency)
  
  
  • You support the Business Management Team with the operational and financial development of the Service Line
  
  

What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future

• Student with upcoming (graduate) degree in business, economics, tech or related scientific disciplines (Bachelor Uni / FH)


• Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills


• Reliable with high attention to detail, high quality focus and ability to challenge others


• Project management skills, with flexibility regarding tasks undertaken and the ability to prioritize a number of conflicting requests to meet deadlines


• First experience with management reporting, data analysis and interpretation


• Problem solving mindset; enjoys working through challenges, self-starter who takes initiative with a hands-on approach


• Good written and verbal communication skills – presentation, messaging, and PowerPoint capabilities


• German and a high standard of written and spoken English are a must
