About this opportunity 


 


The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for providing support to the Special Markets Business and related Functions in Business Process analysis and design to enable efficient and accurate implementation and management of required business processes and supporting tools.


You will work closely with the EMEA Special Markets team and surrounding functions. You are based in the Align office in Rotkreuz, CH and report directly to the EMEA Special Markets Business Process Manager.


 


In this role, you will… 



  • Analyze, develop and configure commercial models and processes in collaboration with QM, IT and Business stakeholders.

  • Help develop data structures in collaboration with QM, IT and Business stakeholders.

  • Translate business objectives into projects, requirements, epics and user stories in collaboration with IT and Business stakeholders.

  • Develop, configure and test business requirements.

  • Improve, create and own SOPs and WIs for the Special Markets Business.

  • Create and deploy detailed project documentation and training for stakeholder adoption.

  • Coordinate with implementation teams to deploy solutions.

  • Communicate project implementations, status and metrics to stakeholders.

  • Conduct special projects as assigned.


In this role, you’ll need … 



  • Solid Business / commercial knowledge (Bachelor’s Degree in economics, finance, or supply chain)

  • 6+ years of experience in project management role

  • Cerrification in Six Sigma, Lean, PMP, Agile or other project and requirements management methodologies preferred.

  • IT affinity

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to navigate a cross-functional role with multiple stakeholders across geographies

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • General knowledge of business operations, objectives, process and information flows
