You will make an impact by:



  • Partnering with Senior Management to define the CRM strategy and key client activations in order to improve client relational programs with new touchpoints

  • Collaborating with the e-commerce, digital and communication teams to implement the e-CRM strategy

  • Being a key HQ contact for all issues related to CRM: segmentation, activation, analysis…

  • Developing and implementing tools, processes and projects to answer local/HQ expectations

  • Driving performance of CRM actions

  • Coordinating the implementation of the CRM customer journey into Salesforce

  • Monitoring and optimizing data quality, quantity as well as CRM KPIs

  • Providing answers and insights on requests from Top Management, Marketing and markets

  • Training market users and coordinating testing sessions

  • Running competitive analysis on tools and CRM practices


 


Your exceptional skills we are looking for:



  • You possess a proven previous experience in CRM (4-5 years minimum) – a market experience would be appreciated

  • You hold a Bachelor’s/master’s degree (Business or Engineering)

  • Having an experience with Salesforce would be a strong asset

  • You are a strong team player and like to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and are able to manage priorities

  • You are used to work in fast-paced and changing environment

  • You have strong business, clients and results orientation

  • You have a can-do attitude and are effective in managing projects

  • You are innovative, entrepreneur-minded, constructive and like to find solutions

  • You speak fluent English and French
