My client is an established and globally operating Multi Family Office with its office in Zurich. On their behalf I am looking for a entrepreneurial thinking 

Wealth Planner/Investment Controller

In this newly created function you will be part of the small team and take care of the following duties:

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Review and monitoring of existing investments of clients


• Evaluate, review and analyze new investment opportunities


• Lead in set-up and presentations for new investments ideas (including respective due diligence)


• Overview portfolio management activities in customization needs of individual client mandates


• Supervise and maintain work performed by third party Asset Managers and service providers


• Reconciliation of monthly valuations issued by various Asset Manager


• Period financial and performance reporting to key clients


• Strategic investment consulting for existing clients base


• Point of contact for clients in product related questions


• Support of the relationship managers


• Update and improve presentations and pitch books


• Interface between Wealth Management and Asset Management

Skills and Qualifications

• University degree in Business or Economics (Master Degree desired), ideally completed by an additional certificate (CFA, AZEK , FRM, etc.)


• Relevant practical experience in investment controlling and/or wealth planning


• Good knowledge of financial instruments and markets


• Good presentation and communication skills 


• German mother tongue with excellent English skills 


• Excellent know-how in Excel


• Diligent, open-minded and outgoing teamplayer and networker with high level of credibility


• International mindset with the ability for intuitive decision-making


• Joint-up thinking and can-do attitude
