Purpose

The Richemont-Europe RCS Senior Project Manager is leading and coordinating the overall direction, implementation, executions, control & completion of strategic and operational projects for Richemont Customer Service in Europe (10 markets), while ensuring consistency with group strategy.

You will be part of our European region, within a team leading strategic initiatives and strongly supporting the Group and our Maisons to transform their business operating model where needed.

 

You will be successful in the role by:

• Leading the execution of regional strategic projects and follow-up on their implementation


• Identifying priorities to allocate project resources accordingly


• Liaising with Group RCS to ensure alignment of the Regional orientations with the Group strategy


• Leading Customer Service Operational Excellence


• Managing transverse and vertical RCS communication


• Managing regional RCS community


• Managing RCS budget process for the region including consolidation, optimization of costs, monitoring of the evolution of the related costs

 

Your invaluable skills we are looking for:

• You have at least 5 years’ experience in strategic project management or operations in complex and multicultural organizations


• You demonstrate a strong leadership, you are actions & results driven and recognize yourself are being significantly customer focus


• You have strong project management and organizational skills


• You hold a Master’s degree or significant Diploma in Business Management


• You are fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills (any additional languages such as French is a plus)


• You have an affinity for IT and good understanding of business management
