Job Description
Organon Technical Product Stewardship End to End (E2E) Supply Support Change Control group is seeking an interested candidate to support change control needs in the External Network space. The role will include being the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Global Change Management system, including Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and non-GMP business processes and tools, in support of the users of this system.
In addition, this role will lead continuous improvement efforts in the change control space for one or more of the External Manufacturing platforms. The SME will be responsible for working with other site process stewards to train Global Change Management (GCM) users, develop job aids and standard work, collect data and metrics, and provide SME support to customers at multiple levels in the organization.
The candidate will also be responsible for communicating and implementing updates from the global change control owners for their area of responsibility. Interested candidates must be capable of applying leadership skills while staying aligned with frequently changing requirements. The successful candidate must also have a strong compliance mindset and be able to identify opportunities to improve the process and support to our customers on a continuous basis.
The successful candidate will be capable of applying subject matter expertise across multiple areas of the company, and ensuring sustainability by using a Change Execution Methodology mindset for changes that need to be implemented.
The role will require intense collaboration across modalities to support customers that are experiencing a high level of change.
Effective collaboration within the External Network to ensure that Change Requests are created and moved through the process steps in an efficient way, in accordance with established divisional and local procedures.
Continually assess and identify risks and opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency as well as compliance to the process, and then to drive the implementation of best practices.
Designing and implementing continuous capability building mechanisms for team members and users of the system.
Proactively assess change control data and identify potential opportunities to maintain and enhance compliance, as well as share that with the appropriate stakeholders to action improvements.
Provide customer service support to the External Network functions for questions related to the E2E change control business process and the execution of Change Requests
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 3 years experience with the change control process, tools and Quality Systems
GCM Trackwise
Minimum 2 years experience in the External Network space
Team facilitation and training of virtual teams
