In the Software Team, we are working on some of the most challenging and exciting initiatives such as autonomous driving, obstacle detection, and indoor navigation. By working closely with the other teams, we develop an entirely new type of power wheelchair that offers the user a lot more than just getting from A to B. Yes, you could say that our wheelchair is a robot on two wheels. We are looking for a Product Owner (Software) who carries the customer requirements into the team and prioritizes the stories together with the Software Team.
You drive the successful development of Scewo BRO and its features for your team. This includes balancing priorities and resources in collaboration with the Scrum Master and Technical Lead.
You are responsible for internal and external stakeholder and partner communications.
Customers, as well as employees, carry problems into the software team. You validate, sort, and prioritize them before the team comes up with solutions and starts developing new features for Scewo BRO.
You ensure rapid iterations and experiments for Scewo BRO and create and monitor product success metrics and analytics.
You manage Scewo BRO features through their lifecycle: ideation, release, growth, and end-stage, communicate the software team's vision and roadmap cross-functionally, and act as your team's spokesperson.
If you're up for implementing solutions yourself in addition to your concept and planning work - go for it!
You have already worked based on Scrum for 2+ years.
You have 2+ years of Software Product Management experience leading a cross-functional team in an agile environment (a plus if it's in MedTech).
You have experience in taking a product from concept to release, creating product roadmaps and steering technical implementation discussions.
You enjoy diving into technical topics and have a passion for solving problems in the mobility area.
You can collaborate with different teams and stakeholders to achieve results.
You have excellent communication skills in German, know how to express yourself in English, have persuasion and assertiveness, and a perfect sense of customer needs.
We live the can-do mentality, where successes, as well as failures, are welcome. Because both let us learn, develop ourselves further, and let us conquer the world together!
You decide when it's time to start and when it's time for that well-deserved after-work beer. And: We got everything in the cloud. So you can easily work from home.
