  • A challenging and interesting role as junior Relationship Manager within the client-facing team Client Resolution & Retention within Swiss Universal Bank COO, which is focused on handling special client situations such as closures, supporting client transfers between CS legal entities and resolving legal & compliance cases, thus supporting Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd in handling these situations in an effective and efficient matter 

  • Diverse client cases, products and a broad set of tasks to ensure comprehensive fulfillment of services, including client management and possible retention

You Offer

 

  • You have a Banking apprenticeship, ideally with further education, or a University Degree 

  • You are willing to or have already gained experience in working with clients and client-related administrative processes in the financial industry; Knowledge of Credit Suisse front systems and processes will be an advantage 

  • You have attention to detail and high motivation to deliver combined with a strong ability to cope with pressure 

  • You combine persuasive social and problem solving skills with a high service orientation, discipline and high quality mind-set 

  • You are dedicated to seek challenges and have a natural curiosity and a mentality of adopting change 

  • You display a strong dedication as a team member and the skills to liaise with different partners across functions and hierarchies 

  • You are fluent in German and English to communicate with our partners, a further language is an additional asset
