We are looking for a colleague that is able to assume the operational responsibility and the timely delivery of demanding IT projects, and that can actively contribute to grow our business further. 

This role is a senior position in our Health and Insurance division, in order to broaden the senior management capabilities and to enable further growth in the health sector.

Knowledge and experience with the Swiss Health Care system make you the ideal candidate for this position.

About your profile

For this vacancy, we are looking for a candidate with an academic degree, a business acumen in Health Care or Life Sciences and work experience as interface between business and IT.

• You have a proven track record in leading complex IT projects based on known project management methodologies


• You have previous work experience in the Swiss Health market, ideally with a Health Care provider or Life Sciences company.


• You can actively participate in technical discussions


• Your working knowledge of IHE, HL7 or CDA would be a plus


• You are used to support account managers during customer presentations


• You can lead or participate in the development of customer proposals


• You can facilitate discussion and elaborate alternatives or different approaches


• You show a customer focus and entrepreneurial thinking


• You have very good German and good English language skills; French would be a plus.
