We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) to work with our expert product management team of ten employees across the world. The Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) will oversee the product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management of the expansion platform within the Cell and Gene Therapy portfolio. This will require leadership through influence and participation in key business decision making forums such as R&D Portfolio Planning, Product Care, Product Quality, and Sales & Operations activity.

What you’ll do
Owner of the product strategy, development and lifecycle management of the Xuri Expansion Portfolio, inclusive of hardware and single-use bioreactors.
Global responsibility to collaborate with product operations, manufacturing, R&D, and global supply chains across 4+ sites to ensure product vitality and continuity.
Provide product, quality and regulatory support to cell therapy providers, as they submit their regulatory filings, when Xuri is designed in to their manufacturing processes.
Drive innovative product development to develop next generation expansion technologies through discussions with KOLs and industry experts/customers. Activities include product definition, requirements identification, prototype and beta assessments, and launch planning including sales engagement and commercialization.
Who you are
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a other related field. Masters highly preferred
10+ years of experience in product management, marketing, product development, commercial, R&D roles or related fields
An entrepreneurial attitude with proven track record in solving complex problems independently
Strong business & technical acumen, with an eye for detail
Proven ability to manage cross functional projects in a positive and collaborative leadership style
A desire and willingness to mentor and coach team members and colleagues
Excellent communication skills. The position requires an ability to drive action by ensuring teams understand and feel ownership of the business strategy and objectives.
Product Management/Marketing knowledge, including market trends/analysis, NPI process, product life-cycle management, product quality investigations and improvement.
Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation & conflict resolution skills.
Ability to multi-task & handle tasks with competing priorities effectively.
Strong analytical, process skills and project management skills
Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment
Demonstrated ability to drive a continuous improvement and safety culture.
