Position Summary


 


As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) & Scientific Affairs Specialist, you will provide scientific support externally for our customers and internally for our team. Main areas are paediatrics (allergies and clinical nutrition) and gut health / microbiome.


A day in the life of a Medical Science Liaison & Scientific Affairs Specialist


 



  • Preparing scientific materials and documents in the assigned scientific areas.

  • Adapting global materials and documents for the Swiss market.

  • Advising and conducting internal (field services, marketing) and external training sessions (physicians, medical professionals, pharmacists).

  • Organising scientific events (workshops, symposia).

  • Supporting the marketing team: Scientific insights, input and review of scientific statements, product development.

  • Scientific customer support & KOL management: Customer inquiries, project support & development, and KOL network maintenance.

  • Continuous training and maintaining scientific expertise.


What will make you successful


 



  • University degree in nutrition, dietetics or pharmacy.

  • 3-5 years’ experience as a nutritionist in a hospital setting, ideally in paediatrics and/or experience in conducting scientific projects.

  • Able to work independently, including ability to understand scientific publications and guidelines and to translate them for application.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for preparing and conducting training sessions.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Place of residence preferably French-speaking Switzerland with flexibility to travel in the Swiss-German part.

  • Mother tongue French (preferable) with good knowledge of German, plus solid knowledge of English.
