Office and Business Administrator

By now our customers have grown from survey and mapping professionals to scientists, humanitarian organizations and environmentalists. They fly WingtraOne more than a thousand hours on a monthly basis. And we believe this is only the beginning—together we can achieve so much more.

In this role, you will execute a diverse range of activities including office management, parts of the admin processes, and event support. With your organized and hands-on approach, you will ensure that Wingtra stays a great workplace by promoting the office ambiance, goodies, events, etc., and have the chance to continuously improve them. You will also be the first point of contact for external and internal business partners regarding the office and administration. You will be working closely with the Finance Director in a team together with a Co-Founder (CFO) and have regular exchange with the People Operations team.




Responsibilities




    • Keeping the office a great place to work by facilitating the furnishing and organization of the building, food ordering, equipment & internet, etc.

    • First point of contact for office and admin-related questions or initiatives

    • Manage accounts payable and receivable

    • Organize the payment run with external fiduciary and direct payments 

    • Support and drive company-wide events and initiatives, liaise with our colleagues abroad

    • Manage company-branded clothing and tools

    • Issue invoices on behalf of Wingtra

    • If performance and time allows, support Finance function with more advanced tasks



Requirements




    • Business fluent in English and German

    • Commercial (kaufmännisch) apprenticeship / training / similar education

    • Experience in either office management, accounting or both

    • Enjoy having continuous communication with Wingtranauts and business partners

    • Positive and get-things-done attitude to the job

    • Reliable, independent and well-organized
