Your Mission

The Chopard Learning Team seeks a digital learning specialist with a passion for creating engaging, innovative and effective learning solutions supporting the training digital transformation to a global and culturally diverse learning community. The individual in this role will provide leadership and support for the development of the Cornerstone online learning environment and use of digital tools for employee learning and professional development.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Learning Management System Administrator


• Measure the learning impact for continuous improvement


• Enhance Cornerstone LMS features with IT & ERP departments


• Support in different digital learning projects on new launches and/or procedures


• Digital learning content creation

Your background and competencies/skills

• Education: University degree (sales, digital marketing, communications is preferred)


• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) capabilities and limitations (Cornerstone) and SCORM/xAPI standards


• Proficient in using Content Management Systems. Adobe Captivate is a plus


• Interest in luxury sector, sales and training


• Strong Project management skills


• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite


• Learning solution architecture experience


• Good visual design skills and the ability to storyboard


• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) capabilities and limitations (Cornerstone) and SCORM/xAPI standards


• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills and problem solver


• Must be able to manage projects from conception to completion


• Ability to work independently as well as part of the team


• Positive attitude and team spirit is a must


• English & French required. Other languages are a plus
