Your tasks
The successful candidate will manage programmes and initiatives that are aimed at boards of directors and executive committees of large European companies. Specifically, this includes:
Guaranteeing a seamless participant and faculty experience before, during and after programmes;
Managing internal and external partners, suppliers and service providers;
Managing the setup, administration and delivery of virtual programme formats;
Conducting data-driven market and client analyses;
Developing and launching tailored marketing campaigns;
Organising off-site events.
Your profile
Academic degree in social sciences (e.g. business, communication, international affairs), hospitality or related fields
Thorough, precise and resilient working style
High discretion, trustworthiness and reliability
Excellent communication skills in English, good communication skills in German
Strong service orientation and ability to interact with internal and external partners
Strong international orientation and substantial international experience
Basic understanding of the role of the executive committee and the board
Preferably experience in hospitality and with organising high-profile events
Preferably experience in dealing with Chairperson's Offices and Executive Assistants
Preferably experience with Adobe InDesign
