You are part of our young, talented and dynamic Swiss Cybersecurity team to help our clients in various business sectors and sizes to secure their business by providing them digital trust in the latest technologies (Cloud, Teleworking, SAP S/4 HANA, etc).
You manage multiple Cybersecurity engagements in parallel, and are responsible for budget management, planning, delivery, quality and reporting as well as team management.
You develop innovative Cybersecurity services in Switzerland, identify new market opportunities, develop proposals and create a strong network of clients.
You participate in our long-term strategy planning and client plans, including marketing and economic aspects.
You build and strengthen client relationships and become a trusted advisor in the Cybersecurity field for PwC clients.
You take part and speak at different events and organize cybersecurity events.
You develop a strong internal network with multiple teams and departments within PwC Switzerland and abroad.
You maintain and develop our Cybersecurity expertise and capabilities within the team, including coaching of team members.
Your profile
You have a bachelor's or master's degree in information technology or (business) computer science and complemented with a security certification such as CISSP, CISM or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor / Implementer. A privacy certification such as CIPP/E or CIPM is a plus.
You have 7+ years of experience in providing Cybersecurity services.
You have an excellent technical understanding of some of these technologies: Cloud solutions (such as AWS or Azure), IAM solutions (such as SailPoint, ForgeRock), SOC solutions (such as EDR, SIEM or SOAR), protective measures (such as malware protection and/or e-mail security solutions).
You have worked within an audit/consulting environment and/or a security department, ideally as a Chief Information Security Officer.
You have a passion for consulting and Cybersecurity and have experience in delivering customer-oriented, strategic security projects and supporting clients in their security transformation. A proven track record of delivery of large security improvement programs is desirable.
You are innovative, proactive, pragmatic, able to empathize with clients and staff, and are enthusiastic about delivering value to clients.
You are a highly motivated team player who actively contributes to a healthy team environment.
You are eager to learn and to develop, personally and professionally.
You have excellent communication and presentation skills and are fluent in French and English (written and spoken), German is a plus.
