About this opportunity 


As a Compensation and Benefits Analyst you will assist in analysis, design, implementing, and maintaining an efficient administration of international compensation & benefit programs. You will support Align Technology’s HR and business areas, participate in market data surveys, manage Align’s EMEA employee benefit administration and will maintain a close relationship with HR Operations, Finance, and e.g. local insurance brokers. You will be a member of the regional Compensation & Benefits team and report to the Director, Compensation & Benefits EMEA.


 


In this role, you will… 



  • Assist in performing market analyses and job evaluations based on job creation or reclassification requests. In consideration of business input, internal equity and external data, recommend appropriate job grade, incentive eligibility and e.g. job title.

  • Participates in annual country specific salary, benefit and e.g. salary increase surveys.

  • Manage Align’s EMEA-wide employee benefit administration; 25 countries, e.g. manage insurance renewals, maintain relationship with local insurance brokers, manage/request for POs/PRs, work with Finance on invoice queries, inform HR Operations about upcoming employee benefit rollouts, maintain (or outline new) enrollment/dis-enrollment processes at country level (and share with HR Operations), create and maintain employee benefit specific metrics, and e.g. coordinate/monitor HR (SharePoint) portal employee benefit communication.

  • Assist in creating education, communication, and materials that are consistent across LOB’s and geographies, yet local relevant. Support C&B members in conducting training on compensation & benefits fundamentals and remain abreast of compensation & benefits trends, developments, and applicable legislation.

  • Assist in running Align’s regional year-end Compensation planning process or in any other project/activity when requested.


 


In this role, you’ll need … 



  • 1-3 years’ (international) compensation & benefits experience required, preferably gained in a U.S. multinational or international company.

  • Knowledge of compensation concepts, practices and procedures

  • Knowledge of (international) benefits practices and administration

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Perfect oral and writing skills in English

  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

  • Team player
