You create high quality multimedia video content for various platforms including website and social media
You take ownership of video productions from start to finish in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
You perform the full scope of video production tasks in the office and in the field, including but not limited to pre-production, filming, directing, lighting, and editing
You develop and script story ideas
You bring creative problem solving and excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage multiple projects
You provide support for a wide range of internal and external video productions
You develop and cultivate a wide network of sources within the company
You communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders including top management
Required qualifications
You have a minimum 5 years of video production experience
You have a degree in communication/journalism/multimedia
You have advanced knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite)
Your organizational skills are strong, and you can manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
Your written and spoken English is excellent and you have very strong command of German (or vice versa)
Your storytelling and communication skills are excellent
You can work independently as well as collaboratively as a member of a team
You perform duties with initiative and exercise competent judgement
You have a valid driver’s license
Preferred qualifications
You have journalistic/editorial writing experience
You have basic technical knowledge in image and sound editing for live events (streaming, live editing, live recording)
You can fly a drone or are willing to learn
