About this opportunity 


 


Reporting to the Director of Marketing and with a dotted line to the Senior Director, Special Markets and Group Dental Accounts, EMEA, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and deploying channel-specific materials for general use across the region, as well as personalized materials on an account by account basis, ranging from communications and operations materials to consumer/patient campaigns to in-practice information, education and training support. This position will also be responsible for market intelligence and contribute actively to strategic development of the business unit, including segmentation and targeting 


 


In this role, you will… 



  • Collaborate with (B2B and B2C) Consumer, Ortho and GP marketing departments to ensure business unit requirements are represented within development plans, and to capture/customize campaigns and materials for specific use within Special Markets.  

  • Work with major accounts and Business Development Managers across EMEA to define specific needs/opportunities, set and deliver account-specific marketing plans  

  • Plan, coordinate and attend Special Markets-specific events 

  • Coordinate the capture of competitive intelligence and benchmark industry practices specific to Special Markets; analyse and contribute to strategic development of the business unit  

  • Prepare and maintain up to date presentation materials - Support the creation of communications documents and protocols for new account setups and continual account management in support of the Operations team.  


 


In this role, you’ll need … 


 



  • Master degree preferred or Bachelors degree  in Business or Marketing with 3-6 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

  • Strong analytical skills. 

  • Commercially minded and customer centric in approach  

  • Detail oriented, driven, organized, focused  

  • Be able to prioritize Strong interpersonal skills. 

  • Experience using Salesforce.com would is a significant plus  

  • Lean Six Sigma (or similar methodology) certification is a plus.  

  • Ability to work autonomously without constant supervision.  

  • Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools. 

  • Fluent English (spoken, written, reading); second language highly valued Personal skills  

  • Creative thinker and adaptable to change 

  • Enjoys a fast paced environment working with multi stakeholders to get results 

  • Strong interpersonal, listening and persuasive communication skills.  

  • Ability to map and improve business processes.  

  • Focus on results, ROI and commercial growth
