• support the buyer in all administrational tasks


• generate and update the Purchase Orders 


• samples preparation for collection and buying meetings


• follow-up style production, deliveries and pro forma invoices


• help to prepare fitting sessions


• assist buyer to analyze competition range and pricing

• bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management or relevant 


• strong feeling for numbers


• familiar with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook


• high level of English


• strong communication skills
