Stellenbeschreibung



  • Planning and performing the installation of business applications aligning with the application manager and other subject matter experts;

  • Patching and maintaining of business applications including supporting the testing and the rollout of new software releases;

  • Identifying meaningful application monitoring metrics and setting up a monitoring framework and related processes to proactively manage issues;

  • Providing second level technical support for a broad range of business applications and their software components, including issue resolution and root cause analysis;

  • Problem management activities with particular focus on continuous improvement of the overall operational stability and application performance;

  • Collaborating closely with Infrastructure and Workplace engineers as well as Database administrators to ensure all application components interact seamlessly;

  • Working closely with our software development team, outsourcing partners and software vendors to tune and troubleshoot applications in the third level;

  • Maintaining system documentation and continuously updating the knowledge base;

  • Defining, implementing and automating processes to operate stable and high performing business applications;

  • Supporting the business continuity management framework and application related processes and procedures.


Unsere Anforderungen



  • Education in the computer science field, Informatiker/in EFZ or equivalent;

  • Sound knowledge in Microsoft Windows computing environments, M365 and the Microsoft Azure platform is considered a plus;

  • Experience with installing, configuring and maintaining small- to mid-sized business systems and applications:

  • Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools;

  • Experience with monitoring tools; Including installation, configuration and maintenance of such tools as well as scripting languages, including PowerShell;

  • Working experience in the financial industry would be an advantage as well as with MS SQL Server and T-SQL;

  • Good verbal and written communication skills with a high proficiency in English. German would be a plus;

  • Hands on experience in process automation, best practice approach, technology efficiency, and effectiveness.
