You advise and support your customers throughout the entire solution cycle – from requirements engineering to implementing, testing, and going live. Efficiently and agile, you implement business requirements and continuously improve the quality of the delivery. Thanks to innovative automations, you optimize the development process and make it even more efficient. You support our business partners and advise them on the development and operation of the system. Because you live and observe the security guidelines enables you to keep a keen eye on security and make sure that others adhere to the guidelines as well. Your work is based on the principles of re-use, resilience, and scalability. You work in an agile team as well as with higher-level architects to incorporate the product vision.

Why you succeed

• Degree (Uni/UAS) in computer science


• Experience with best practices and ServiceNow, particularly in customer service management and project portfolio management


• Several years of proven ServiceNow project experience in at least two modules


• Knowledge of BizDevOps is a plus


• Certification as ServiceNow certified system administrator, further certifications in ServiceNow modules or SAFe are a plus


• High team spirit, logical thinker, and very service-oriented


• Good English, German a plus
